{"id":260,"date":"2025-05-31T21:16:59","date_gmt":"2025-05-31T19:16:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.chuandohatapenaka.mg\/index.php\/2025\/05\/31\/historique\/"},"modified":"2025-06-05T11:00:55","modified_gmt":"2025-06-05T09:00:55","slug":"historique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/admin.chuandohatapenaka.mg\/index.php\/2025\/05\/31\/historique\/","title":{"rendered":"HISTORIQUE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"176\" data-end=\"631\">Le <strong data-start=\"179\" data-end=\"243\">Centre Hospitalier Universitaire d\u2019Andohatapenaka (CHU A\/ka)<\/strong> trouve son origine dans l\u2019<strong data-start=\"270\" data-end=\"328\">inauguration officielle du b\u00e2timent le 22 janvier 2014<\/strong> par Son Excellence <strong data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"376\">Monsieur Andry RAJOELINA<\/strong>, Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique de Madagascar, en pr\u00e9sence de <strong data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"469\">Madame Johanita NDAHIMANANJARA<\/strong>, Ministre de la Sant\u00e9 Publique. \u00c0 cette occasion, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement a re\u00e7u la d\u00e9nomination <strong data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"630\">\u00ab H\u00f4pital Manarapenitra Andohatapenaka \u00bb (HMP Andohatapenaka)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"849\">En <strong data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"644\">2017<\/strong>, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement a chang\u00e9 de statut et de nom pour devenir le <strong data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"771\">Centre Hospitalier Universitaire d\u2019Andohatapenaka (CHU A\/ka)<\/strong>, affirmant ainsi sa mission \u00e0 la fois de soins, de formation et de recherche.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"1077\">Le CHU Andohatapenaka est un <strong data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"936\">\u00c9tablissement Public \u00e0 caract\u00e8re Administratif (EPA)<\/strong>, plac\u00e9 sous la tutelle de la <strong data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1021\">Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Fourniture de Soins (DGFS)<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1025\" \/>Sa gouvernance repose sur trois organes principaux :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1402\">\n<li data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1210\">\n<p data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1210\">Le <strong data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1116\">Conseil d\u2019Administration (CA)<\/strong>, organe d\u00e9lib\u00e9rant compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019administration publique et de la communaut\u00e9,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1314\">\n<p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1314\">Le <strong data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1238\">Staff de direction<\/strong>, dirig\u00e9 par le <strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1278\">Chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/strong>, en charge de la gestion ex\u00e9cutive,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1402\">\n<p data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1402\">Les <strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1350\">commissions consultatives<\/strong>, qui apportent leur appui technique et strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1450\">Un acteur cl\u00e9 face aux urgences sanitaires<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1627\">Au-del\u00e0 de ses activit\u00e9s de soins aux patients hospitalis\u00e9s ou en consultation, le CHU Andohatapenaka joue un r\u00f4le central dans la r\u00e9ponse aux \u00e9pid\u00e9mies sanitaires nationales :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"2716\">\n<li data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1801\">\n<p data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1801\"><strong data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1639\">2016<\/strong> : Mise en place d\u2019un dispositif de veille et d\u2019accueil pour les patients suspect\u00e9s d\u2019\u00eatre infect\u00e9s par le virus <strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1761\">EBOLA<\/strong>. Aucun cas confirm\u00e9 n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1968\">\n<p data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1968\"><strong data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1836\">Octobre 2016 \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2017<\/strong> : Fonction de <strong data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"1918\">Centre m\u00e9dical de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la prise en charge de la peste<\/strong>, en partenariat avec la <strong data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1967\">Croix-Rouge Malagasy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2172\">\n<p data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2172\"><strong data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"1979\">2018<\/strong> : Prise en charge des nourrissons atteints de <strong data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2042\">bronchiolite<\/strong> et de <strong data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2061\">rougeole<\/strong> durant l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie, en coordination avec les p\u00e9diatres de Tananarive et les <strong data-start=\"2137\" data-end=\"2171\">Centres de Sant\u00e9 de Base (CSB)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2337\">\n<p data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2337\"><strong data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2183\">2020<\/strong> : Transformation de l\u2019hopital en <strong data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2235\">Centre de traitement de COVID-19<\/strong> lors de la premi\u00e8re vague de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie.
